refactor(build): 重构Makefile的构建目标和文件名

- 修改build目标，替换旧的tools_gui、super_gui和price_gui为vc_shop、vc_manager和vc_price
- 将build_super重命名为shop，生成对应的vc_shop可执行文件
- 将build_tools重命名为manager，生成对应的vc_manager可执行文件
- 将build_price重命名为price，生成对应的vc_price可执行文件
- 保持clean目标不变，删除所有.spec文件
